Schedule an appointment at one of our 64 facilities islandwide, or order your HOME DNA Test Kit via our Website, Social Media, or WhatsApp, and we will send it to your preferred location within one (1) business day.
Our trained Medical Team will collect your DNA samples 'In Office', or you can follow the simple instructions provided in your Home DNA Kit to collect your DNA samples yourself.

How We Deliver Your DNA Testing Kit
We use Knutsford Express and Private Bearer Services to deliver your DNA Kits, or you can collect one from any of our 64 locations islandwide.
We have established partnerships with Knutsford Express, TARA and several other local courier companies to ensure the swift and discreet delivery and pick-up of DNA Testing kits to/from our clients islandwide.
As soon as your order is made, your package is processed and shipped.
If you live outside of Kingston, St. Andrew, or Portmore, your DNA Testing Kit will be delivered to the nearest Knutsford Express location.
If you live in Portmore or the KSAMC Corporate area, your DNA testing Kit will be delivered by bearer.
How To Return Your DNA Samples
Once you have collected the necessary samples, the DNA Testing Kit should be returned to 876 DNA TEST within seven (7) days, using any of the below methods most convenient to you.
*** KNUTSFORD EXPRESS ***
We have partnered with Knutsford Express to facilitate the return of your Sample Kits to our Head Office. This option is available to you if you live outside of Kingston, St. Andrew and Portmore.
*** CALL OUR DESIGNATED BEARER ***
For the smoothest delivery experience, we have partnered with several
local couriers to collect and deliver all packages in Kingston, St. Andrew and Portmore. Call 876 -362-8378 to arrange pickup.
*** SELF DROP-OFF or Hired BEARER ***
If you prefer to drop off your samples yourself , or use a bearer of your choice, you can do so by delivering the Kit to our designated Drop-off site at 28-48 Barbados Avenue, New Kingston. Call 876 -362-8378 for confirmation.
*** DNA TEST RESULTS ****
You will be notified once we receive your samples. Depending on the package you selected, your DNA Test results will be shared with you, via email or WhatsApp, in as little as 5 business days*
You can also request, at an additional cost, a printed and authenticated results certificate, bearing our company seal and stamp.
